Thank you for choosing Her Strands for your luxury hair needs. Please carefully review the following Processing & Shipping Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or delays caused by the courier. All orders are covered by insurance that protects the total amount of your order. However, Her Strands is not responsible for late shipments or for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages once shipped. In case of any issues, please file a claim directly with the courier service.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been shipped, and we are unable to make any changes after shipment. If there is an error in the address after shipping, you will be responsible for contacting the courier directly to request a hold for pick-up. In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs and handling fees.

Additionally, please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number so we can reach you if necessary, regarding your order.
